- Wahoo ELEMNT
- Phone apps like RideWithGPS, Avenza, etc.
Our goal is simple: help you successfully download a route from a Dirty Freehub Ride Guide to your device so you’re ready for your next adventure.

What to bring:
- Your bike computer (Garmin, Wahoo, or Karoo)
- Your phone
- Your bike computer’s companion app (Garmin Connect, Wahoo ELEMNT, Hammerhead) installed on your phone, with a working Bluetooth connection already set up between your phone and bike computer. Note: You are not connecting your bike computer directly to Ride with GPS or Strava. Instead, you are connecting your bike computer to the manufacturer’s app for your device. If you are using your phone with RideWithGPS or Strava to navigate from, this step is not applicable. But, you must have the RideWithGPS or Strava app loaded on your phone with an established account.

If you are having difficulty connecting your bike computer’s companion app, like Garmin Connect to your Garmin 850 bike computer, do this:
Go to ChatGPT and use a prompt similar to this.
“You are a Garmin 850 bike computer customer service representative. I need detailed instructions on how to connect my Garmin 850 bike computer to the Garmin Connect phone app. Provide these instructions at an 8th grade level. Ask me any clarifying questions, one at a time, before responding. When all questions have been answered provide a detailed response.”
Note, be sure to change the prompt to reflect the bike computer you have and the app you are trying to connect to.

Registration is required. It lets us know how many chairs to put out, which bike computers you are all bringing, how many staff we need on hand, etc.
