Pedal around the varied terrain of Brown Mountain, a cinder cone located in the Cascade Volcanic Arc. Gravel roads climb through the Rogue Siskiyou National forest topping out at over 5700 feet followed by a long descent down to lake views and swimming options around Fish Lake , and topped off with flowing trail through lush forest and exposed fields of volcanic lava flow. A scenic one-hour drive from Ashland. After the ride, take a dip to cool off in nearby Fish Lake and then visit Lake of the Woods Mountain Resort for dinner overlooking the shoreline.

Caution, this is a Development Route. It has not been fully vetted or ridden by the Dirty Freehub Team. Go prepared and expect a bit more adventure. Any feedback you have would be much appreciated. You can leave it below in the comments block.
