Sally Pressler is thrilled to find an outlet for two of her passions – riding and writing – in her work editing the Dirty Free Hub publications. Sally taught English at Bend High School for 32 years and currently is employed by OSU-Cascades, supervising Teacher Candidates in the M.A.T. program. Sally divides her free time between mountain biking, gravel biking, and nordic skiing, immersing herself in novels and in the Deschutes River when her legs are tired.
On her Norco Search gravel bike, affectionately dubbed Sweet Baboo, she frequently heads out on “Water and Lava” to stay local. For bigger adventure, she heads out to “Horn of the Metolius”. Her favorite DFH route overall is “Land of the Yachats” on the Oregon Coast.
