Kim Collier is a lifelong cyclist, movement coach, and longevity expert dedicated to helping riders stay strong, mobile, and adventurous as they age. With over 30 years in the fitness industry, she combines her expertise as a USA Level 2 Cycling Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, Restorative Exercise Specialist, and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist to guide cyclists toward sustainable, lifelong performance. She also holds a Master’s degree in Holistic Health Education, which informs her comprehensive approach to fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. Kim has a private practice in Walnut Creek, California and takes clients locally and remote.

Her journey into longevity-focused training began when years of ultra-endurance cycling led to debilitating pain, weakness, and stalled recovery. Traditional medical approaches offered little relief, so Kim turned to the science of human movement, rethinking fitness through an evolutionary lens. Rebuilding her strength and mobility from the ground up, she not only returned to cycling but developed a unique, realistic approach to training that integrates seamlessly into daily life.

Kim believes in staying adventure-ready—maintaining lean muscle, joint mobility, and skill through practical training, smart nutrition, and an active lifestyle. She also understands that aging athletes don’t have to accept decline as inevitable. Instead, with the right strategy, they can continue to explore, push their limits, and have fun until the very end.

As Dirty Freehub’s Longevity Advisor, Kim helps cyclists stay in the saddle for decades to come. She recently presented the webinar “Thriving as an Aging Cyclist”, which you can watch here.
