We think the northern part of the Willamette Valley is really underappreciated for the great gravel riding that it has. Most of the riding is west of Highway 47 and north of Highway 18. The terrain is rolling hills with farmlands and woodlands. As you head deeper west, you come into the Coast Mountains and timberlands.

Caution, this is a Development Route. It has not been fully vetted or ridden by the Dirty Freehub Team. We have ridden parts of this route but not the middle third. Thus, go prepared and expect a bit more adventure. Any feedback you have would be much appreciated. You can leave it below in the comments block.

When We Like to Ride This

The Willamette Valley area rides well most of the year. Winter can be wet, but spring is absolutely beautiful with the flowers, blooming trees, green fields and flowing creeks.

Notes & Options

Route Notes

  1. Recommend a red blinky light with rear looking radar detector like a Garmin Varia.

  2. We believe this route may be too rugged for most gravel eBikes.
